Digital Assets Licensing Applications

This table shows applications from banks planning to offer digital asset products or services, including crypto-assets, submitted to the OCC for:

  • New (de novo) national bank charters
  • Conversions to national banks

The applicant’s name is linked to additional details in OCC’s Corporate Applications Search (CAS) tool, including public comment period and actions taken. The table will be updated as new digital asset applications are submitted.

For new national bank applications, the public portion of the application is provided. (Note: Applications to convert to a national bank are not included as these applications are not subject to public comment.)
