Ken Ueda is a senior financial economist in the Retail Credit Risk Analysis Division within Supervision Risk & Analysis at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
Dr. Ueda’s current research interests include fintech, credit card analysis, labor economics, urban economics, and applied econometrics. Before joining the OCC in 2018, Dr. Ueda was a postdoctoral researcher of economics at the National University of Singapore. He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Maryland-College Park and a BA in mathematics and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
