Both board directors and senior management are strong drivers of a bank’s success. Aside from leaning on their knowledge and readiness, what can directors do to respond to rapid changes in the industry or issues at their financial institutions? In this workshop, both new and experienced directors and senior management can learn how to confidently ask the hard questions of management, auditors, and examiners. These lessons will help you build a foundation to better understand how to fulfill your board duties and responsibilities, be it planning strategically, maintaining competent management, or setting goals and limits.
